According to Guangdong Customs, the total export value of small household appliances from January to February this year was 300 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.9%. General trade exports accounted for more than 90%, and exports of small household appliances to ASEAN countries accounted for 90 million yuan, accounting for 30.9% of the total export value of small household appliances in the same period. Exports to markets such as Latin America and the European Union grew rapidly, increasing by 75.6% and 35.8% respectively. The production and sales of home appliances accounted for about 30% of the country, of which rice cookers accounted for more than 60%.
